Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a software engineer to modernize and develop an eCommerce platform for a large US-based retailer, serving millions of omnichannel customers weekly.

You will work with multiple product teams focusing on Customer, Loyalty, Search and Browse, Data Integration, and Cart, contributing to cloud-based frontend solutions. The role emphasizes collaboration, modern frontend tooling, and scalability through Vue.js.

Qualifications

• Must have: solid knowledge of Vue.js.
• Vue.js experience: 3+ years, with microservices.
• Experience with React.js: 1+ year.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Nuxt.
• Experience with REST/RESTful APIs, HTML/CSS, and front-end build tools.

Solutions are delivered by several Product Teams focused on different domains - Customer, Loyalty, Search and Browse, Data Integration, Cart.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a software engineer who will:

• Design and implement cloud-based front-end solutions, leveraging microservices architecture

• Collaborate as an active member of our Agile engineering team

• Demonstrate a passion for learning and applying new technologies, industry practices, and reusable strategic platforms

• Evaluate options, follow standards, and make informed technical decisions

Mandatory Skills Description:

Must have: solid knowledge of Vue.js

• Experience in Vue.js 3+ years, Microservices;

• Experience in React.js 1+ year;

• Experience in Typescript and Nuxt;

• REST/RESTful APIs, HTML/CSS, front-end build pipelines, and tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) or willing to learn new techniques, and approaches

• Experience with working with relational databases and caching
