Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Front-end Developer (Angular) to join our team responsible for business-critical applications across multiple countries. You will design, develop, and maintain modern Angular solutions, delivering scalable UI components and features for financial processes.

You will work in a hybrid model with 2–3 days in our Warsaw office and collaborate in an international environment, mentoring junior developers and driving modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience with a focus on Angular.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into front-end apps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Willingness to mentor others and share knowledge.
• Fluent English and ability to work in an international environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with 2–3 days per week in the Warsaw office.

Your tasks

• Designing, developing, and maintaining modern Angular applications
• Building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing front-end solutions
• Implementing new features and enhancements based on business requirements
• Optimizing application performance and user experience
• Monitoring applications and troubleshooting production issues
• Participating actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identifying opportunities for technical and process improvements
• Supporting junior developers and sharing technical knowledge within the team
• Driving the adoption of modern technologies and innovative engineering approaches

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Angular
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, and JavaScript
• Practical experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into applications
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Willingness to support less experienced developers and share knowledge with the team
