Job description

Position: Specialist (Mid / Regular), Senior Specialist (Senior)

Responsibilities
  1. Implementing a 12-month rolling forecast cycle (Plan + Forecast) across the group.
  2. Rolling out monthly reporting across the group.
  3. Standardizing accounting rules across the group.
  4. Collaborating with accounting teams to implement a monthly closing calendar covering accounting, controlling, and FP&A activities.
  5. Introducing monthly controlling activities.
  6. Developing weekly reporting processes.
  7. Redesigning accounting systems and other finance-related systems.
Requirements
  1. Experience in FP&A activities within multi-location, multi-country production entities.
  2. Experience working in global/regional financial service provider roles.
  3. Experience in controlling and month-end closing processes.
  4. Experience in financial transitions, process reshaping, and organizational redesign.
  5. Proven business partnering skills.
  6. Experience leading small teams.
  7. Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes.
  8. Effective communication with both senior and operational-level multinational employees.
  9. Willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
Optional Skills
  1. Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Business Central and Symfonia.
  2. Knowledge of reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion).
  3. Proficiency in MS365.
  4. Basic knowledge of Power BI.
  5. Knowledge of Polish accounting standards and IFRS.
  6. Languages: Polish (native), English (fluent).
