Job summary

Solenis is a global leader in specialty chemicals delivering sustainable solutions. We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for assigned functions and business units in Warsaw.

You will analyze performance, prepare reports, and partner with leaders to drive financial accountability and informed decision making. The role requires 7+ years in FP&A, strong Excel/financial modeling skills, SAP experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting methodologies and drivers.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with FP&A tools such as OneStream, Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience using SAP in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning for assigned functions and business units.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results; provide insights against budget and forecast.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial analyses and management reports.
• Act as finance business partner to leaders; deliver actionable insights.
• Drive accountability through business reviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare reporting materials for leaders, Global Finance, CEO and Board.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenarios.
• Coordinate and improve budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Lead or mentor analysts and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
