Job summary

Adecco Poland is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join a global technology company delivering software and services for the lottery industry. You will combine hands-on Flutter/Dart development with backend integration, software design and technical leadership.

Based in Warsaw with hybrid work and approximately 50% office presence, you will mentor junior engineers, influence technical decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• At least five years of related software-engineering experience.
• Commercial Flutter and Dart experience.
• Backend-development and service-oriented architecture experience.
• Knowledge of frontend web technologies.
• Strong understanding of software-design patterns and architectural principles.
• Experience with REST, sockets and TCP-based communication.
• Experience with distributed systems, transactional workflows and event-driven architecture.
• Unit, integration and UI-testing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical discussions.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• English suitable for work in an international environment and communicative Polish.

Responsibilities
