Job summary

Nortal in Kraków is seeking a Senior Flutter Software Engineer to join a product-focused team building modern mobile applications for a large international customer base. You will design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform apps with Flutter, mentor engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, CI/CD, testing, and quality initiatives in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and the Flutter ecosystem.
• Experience delivering production-grade applications for iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Bloc, Cubit, Provider, or Riverpod.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
• Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle and release processes.
• Experience with automated testing and quality assurance practices.
• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English.
