About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Flutter Developer to join our team and work on our core product – the Woofz app. If you have experience with Flutter development, a strong understanding of architectural approaches, and a desire to write clean code while working in a dynamic team, we'd love to have you on board!

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of commercial experience with Flutter development
Ability to take ownership of tasks from clarification and estimation to implementation and testing
Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework fundamentals, including widgets, widget lifecycle, state management, navigation, and platform-specific behavior
Experience with asynchronous programming in Dart, including Futures, Streams, isolates, and error handling
Understanding of Clean Architecture, BLoC, SoC, OOP, and design patterns
Experience working with SQLite and other local storage solutions
Strong code quality mindset, including readability, consistency, lint rules, scalability, and long-term maintainability
Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, or technical research
Experience with product experimentation, A/B testing, feature flags, or remote configuration

What You’ll Do

Participating in grooming, planning, estimation, and technical discussions within the Agile development process
Thinking through edge cases, technical risks, backward compatibility, experiment impact, and impact on existing functionality
Communication with team members to clarify requirements
