EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer to join our team in Kraków, Wrocław, or Gdańsk in a hybrid work model. You will extend Flutter’s Android embedding to support multi-view and windowing features across mobile, desktop and XR environments.

You will collaborate with open-source contributors and internal teams to evolve the Flutter engine and ensure stable integration while optimizing performance. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Flutter internals and engine-level development.
• Deep understanding of Android architecture, lifecycle and native APIs.
• Experience implementing multi-window or multi-instance features on Android.
• Proficiency in performance profiling, debugging and rendering optimizations.

We're looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to join our team in Kraków, Wrocław, or Gdańsk in a hybrid working mode.In this role, you will be responsible for extending Flutter’s Android platform capabilities to support multi-view and windowing features. The position focuses on enhancing Flutter internals and the engine layer to leverage emerging Android windowing APIs across mobile, desktop, and XR environments.You will collaborate with internal teams and the open-source community to evolve Flutter’s existing single-view model into a robust multi-view architecture.
