People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior Flutter Developer.

Your duties will include:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns
• Implement and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure app stability and quality
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and manage local/remote data persistence
• Monitor app performance, debug issues, and continuously improve user experience
• Manage the full release cycle: from development to publishing in the App Store and Google Play
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Contribute to architectural decisions and project planning
• Communicate effectively with the team and client in English on a daily basis

Requirements that must be met:

• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart
• Experience infintech projects
• Hands-on experience with code generation tools based onbuild_runner (e.g. freezed, json_serializable)
• Solid skills in writingunit, widget, and integration tests in Dart/Flutter
• Experience with managing and publishing apps to theApp Store and Google Play Store
• Working knowledge ofRESTful APIs (JSON)
• Good command ofGit/GitHub and typical Flutter-based workflows
• Ability to deliver high-quality code on time while followingclean code principles
• Very good English and Polish
