Job summary

Experis is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer (M/K) to develop low-level software for next-generation SoC platforms in an embedded environment. You will design, implement, and debug firmware in C/C++ for RTOS, Embedded Linux, or bare-metal systems, collaborating with hardware and software teams to enable silicon bring-up and platform capabilities.

The role requires a B.Sc. in EE/CS and 3+ years' embedded C/C++ experience, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in embedded C/C++ development.
• Experience with RTOS and/or Embedded Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of hardware-software interfaces, SoC architectures, memory-mapped I/O, and low-level debugging tools.
• Ability to develop software from hardware specifications, protocol documentation, and technical design documents.
• Experience working in complex, multi-component software environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop low-level firmware in C/C++ for embedded systems running RTOS, Embedded Linux, or bare-metal environments.
• Design, implement and debug firmware in collaboration with hardware, architecture, verification, and system teams.
• Support silicon bring-up and enable advanced platform capabilities.
