Job summary

Cundall in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Intermediate/Senior Fire & Hydraulics Engineer to lead hydraulic and fire protection design for new and existing buildings. The role emphasizes client focus, collaboration and delivering sustainable design solutions.

Applicants should have Fire Protection experience, proficiency with hydraulics, and familiarity with REVIT/BIM. Polish language basics and a valid work permit for Poland are required; there are opportunities for leadership and project

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with hydraulics and fire protection knowledge.
• Familiarity with NFPA, FM Global, and similar standards.
• Local authority and infrastructure requirements knowledge.
• REVIT/BIM delivery experience.
• Polish language at basic level.
• Valid work permit for Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydraulic and fire protection design and delivery for buildings.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and authorities.
• Prepare client reports and documentation.
• Support business development and client engagement.
• Mentor and inspire junior engineers; monitor timelines.
