Adtran, Inc. in Gdynia is seeking a Senior Financial Systems & Reporting Analyst to join our global FP&A organization. You will own SAP Analytics Cloud administration, governance, and continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and analytics solutions.

Ideal candidates combine finance acumen with deep SAC expertise, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for automation and AI. This role collaborates with FP&A, Accounting, IT, and stakeholders across time zones in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, including planning, reporting, model maintenance, testing, administration, or end-user support.
• Advanced Excel skills and data modeling experience.
• Strong data governance, master data, and data-quality controls knowledge.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work with global teams.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the SAC admin for planning, reporting, and analytics across FP&A.
• Govern SAC models, stories, reports, planning applications, and security.
• Coordinate user access and IT collaboration for system support.
• Monitor data loads and resolve reporting or integration issues promptly.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and troubleshooting globally.
• Identify opportunities to improve usability, performance, and scalability.
