Job description

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who combines strong accounting foundations with a modern, technology-driven approach to finance. This role is for someone who wants to independently build, implement, and develop the finance function — from accounting and controlling to reporting and planning tools.

This is a standalone position with no team, requiring full operational, hands‑on involvement and offering real influence over how financial processes are designed and executed within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently managing and overseeing the finance and accounting area (hands‑on role)
• Active involvement in month‑end close, results analysis, and preparation of management and board‑level reporting
• Co‑creating the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long‑term financial plans
• Designing and structuring the finance framework in line with the company’s operational and legal model
• Developing and automating management reporting (Power BI is already in place but requires further enhancement)
• Implementing and optimizing controlling processes, KPIs, and profitability analyses
• Working with ERP systems and driving automation of financial processes
• Close cooperation with business leaders to improve financial performance and decision‑making
• Financial oversight of affiliated entities across Europe and the United States

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field
• Very strong knowledge of accounting, with experience at the intersection of accounting and controlling
• Background in an international environment (production or service companies are an advantage)
• A hands‑on professional who is comfortable working independently and delivering end‑to‑end solutions
• Proficiency in Power BI and experience working with ERP systems
• Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Process‑ and systems‑oriented mindset, with readiness to implement change
• Fluent English (C1 level)
