Job summary

Align Technology is seeking a mid to senior level Project Business Analyst to join the EMEA Finance Operations team in Poland. The role focuses on end-to-end finance process and system analysis, ensuring quality control for strategic initiatives across the EMEA region.

You will gather requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and validate solutions while ensuring alignment with accounting processes and compliance. Strong English and SAP FI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Finance background with 5 years of experience in accounting processes (AR and/or VAT).
• E-invoicing experience is a plus.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Detailed oriented and analytical with ability to see the full picture.
• Creative problem solving with strong quality discipline.
• Ability to conduct in-depth and holistic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify, collect, document and analyze finance project requirements.
• Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders to align on final solution.
• Integrate all finance functions for consistent requirements across systems and processes.
• Plan, prepare, coordinate and execute final validation of implemented solution.
• Identify potential anomalies and analyze root causes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues concisely.
