Senior Finance Professional - Treasury Back Office - Gdansk

Location: Gdansk, PL

How you will make an impact

As part of the Treasury Back Office team, you will manage end-to-end Treasury transactions, provide timely liquidity insights, and deliver accurate regulatory and internal reporting. A strong focus on Power BI is essential, as you will design, build, and optimize reports and data models to improve visibility, decision-making, and performance. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Treasury operations: trade confirmations, settlements, accounting, and monthly reconciliations
  • Lead Power BI reporting: design reports, build data models, and standardize operational dashboards
  • Deliver reports including daily liquidity overview, FX exposure analyses, and net interest-bearing debt
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive process improvements and automation

What will make you successful

We are looking for a candidate with a solid educational background in Mathematics, Finance, or related fields, preferably with a B.Sc. degree or higher. You should have 4–5 years’ experience in Finance, Treasury Back Office, or banking, ideally in Shared Services or a large international company. Strong proficiency and proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of financial instruments and accounting principles will be highly valued. Fluency in English, excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines are essential. Strong communication skills are also key to success in this role.

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office min. 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
