Goldman Recruitment is seeking a (Senior) Finance Master Data Analyst to maintain accurate master data, manage SAP and BlackLine configurations, and support process improvements across Finance and IT teams. You will ensure compliance with Group standards and coordinate annual updates.

Responsibilities include data creation/modification, mappings to Group Referentials, data cleansing, and guiding country teams on standards and timelines. A hybrid work model and room for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in similar area.
• Very good English; other languages is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and process requests for creation and modification of Finance Master Data (GL accounts, cost centers, orders, cost elements, materials, allocations).
• Maintain mappings between GL accounts and Group Referentials.
• Maintain cost center rules, cycles and key values based on approved information.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, Purchasing and IT to reflect Group Referential updates in SAP.
• Perform data quality reviews and annual cleansing for GL, cost centers, profit centers and WBS elements.
• Provide guidance to country teams on requirements, standards and timelines.
• Maintain user access, workflows and Core Model configurations in Blackline.
• Build relationships with Group teams, IT and other stakeholders.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to automate master data activities.
• Participate in projects for new solutions, tools and improvements.

For our Client, a leader in the beauty market, we are looking for candidates for the position of (Senior) Finance Master Data Analysts, who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial master data, managing SAP and BlackLine configurations, ensuring compliance with Group standards, coordinating with Finance and IT teams, and supporting process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities:

• review and process requests for creation and modification of Finance Master Data (e.g., GL accounts, cost centers, internal/investment orders, cost elements, generic materials, allocation cycles),
• maintain and verify mappings between GL accounts and Group Referentials,
• maintain cost center allocation rules, cycles and key values based on approved information provided by the teams responsible, coordinate checks and pre-cycle testing,
• coordinate with Accounting, Business Finance, Purchasing and IT to ensure that Group Referential annual update is reflected in SAP and connected applications,
• perform regular data quality reviews and annual cleansing activities for GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers and WBS elements, as applicable,
• provide clear guidance to country teams on request requirements, master data standards and process timelines,
• maintain user access, workflows and “Core Model” configurations in Financial Closing Tool (Blackline),
• build effective working relationships with Group teams, IT, Accounting, Business Finance and other relevant stakeholders,
• identify recurring issues and opportunities to simplify, standardize or automate master data activities,
• participation in projects related to the implementation of new solutions, tools and improvements.

Requirements:

• university degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting,
• 2+ years of experience in simmilat area,
• high interpersonal and communication skills,
• attention to detail and thoroughness,
• very good command of English and knowledge of other languages will be an asset,
• knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage.
