• Proven experience in financial planning & analysis, cost control, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience managing GBS or transformation finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial governance for the Poland Hub.
• Manage month-end closing activities.
• Oversee budgetary control of internal and third-party costs.
• Collaborate closely with the GBS Finance Manager (UK).
• Partner with stakeholders for cost transparency and productivity initiatives.
• Drive captive productivity and implement cost-saving opportunities.
