Job summary

The Advanced Field Service Engineer will join Honeywell as a local System Engineer, delivering technical expertise for system migrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting of DCS and safety systems across Poland. Travel up to 60% and remote/on-call support are required.

Strong knowledge of Honeywell Experion PKS or TDC, plus Windows and networking skills, is essential. Diploma in engineering and 5+ years in similar roles are expected; fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

Diploma holder in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation).
Five years of experience in a similar position.
Driving license is required.
Knowledge of Honeywell Experion PKS or Honeywell TDC or Honeywell Safety Manager system.
Experience in implementation of Control Narratives in wide industry sector.
Knowledge of English (technical and communication level).
Polish fluent speaker.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, upgrades and migrations of Distributed Control Systems and Safety Systems.
Develop detailed design documentation of Honeywell Systems.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Distributed Control Systems and related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
Service business support for customers in Poland during projects and spot activities.
