About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Facebook Ads Manager to join our fully remote team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, a data-driven approach, and a proven track record of success in driving conversions and ROI. You will be a key player in our team, collaborating with other marketing professionals to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences. This includes audience research, competitive analysis, and campaign objective setting.
  • Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across various campaign types (e.g., conversions, traffic, brand awareness, lead generation).
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC), and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular performance reports to clients with actionable insights.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Budget Management: Manage client advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing return on investment.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives (images, videos, copy) that resonate with target audiences.
  • Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook and Instagram advertising trends, best practices, and algorithm updates. Proactively identify and implement new strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, addressing their questions, and offering strategic recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members (e.g., SEO specialists, content marketers) to ensure integrated marketing strategies.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and prepare regular reports for internal and client use.
Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, preferably for agencies or e-commerce businesses.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable history of success in driving conversions, improving ROI, and achieving client goals through Facebook advertising. Be prepared to share case studies or portfolio examples.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, including campaign setup, targeting options, bidding strategies, and reporting metrics.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance. Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytics tools.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to understand creative best practices and collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad creatives.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Remote Work Experience: Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification (Preferred): Holding a Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.
