What You Will Be Doing

• Provide technical leadership on complex engineering projects
• Lead or support multidisciplinary project teams
• Review and approve engineering deliverables and technical documentation
• Develop innovative and practical solutions to engineering challenges
• Coordinate project activities with clients, stakeholders and internal teams
• Support project planning, budgeting and delivery
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers
• Contribute to quality assurance and technical excellence initiatives
• Participate in proposal preparation, business development and client presentations
• Collaborate with international Jacobs teams on global projects

Here’s what you’ll need

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Significant professional experience within your area of expertise
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, projects or project teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working in multidisciplinary team environments
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Professional level English

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Chartered Engineer status, professional registration or relevant licenses
• Experience in international projects
• Experience mentoring or managing technical teams
• Knowledge of industry standards, tools and best practices within your discipline
