Atos is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to join our team, supporting daily operations, administration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Exchange Server environment. You will work independently while collaborating closely with our Austria-based team. German will be the primary support language, with English also used.

Qualifikationen

• Experience administering Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and adapting existing scripts.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Customer-focused and proactive in daily operations and support.
• Willingness to collaborate with an international team based in Austria.

Aufgaben

• Administer and maintain the MXS infrastructure incl. Exchange Server and SMTP.
• Manage DisclaimIT, including email titles, banners and links.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets related to supported services.
• Perform user and mailbox administration.
• Process requests submitted via ANDIS tool.
• Execute and document Disaster Recovery tests.
• Apply changes in the MXS environment per change control procedures.
