Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to own end-to-end solution architecture across complex transformation programs. You will drive integration across APIs, microservices and MQ/file-based interfaces, spanning legacy estates and modern cloud platforms.

Work with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations while guiding squads and stakeholders. Hybrid work mode with potential international collaboration may apply.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strong solution design experience.
• Experience across customer channels, operational platforms, core systems and enterprise data services.
• Expertise in integration architecture across APIs, microservices and MQ or file-based integrations.
• Experience spanning legacy estate and modern cloud-based platforms.
• Familiarity with bank processes such as DEX, ADF, ISR, Service Transition.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture and key components.
• Apply integration, infrastructure, security and data architecture expertise.
• Produce design artifacts independently or with a tribe.
• Present to Architecture Review Board and engage with enterprise partners.
• Provide technical design leadership to squads.
• Align solutions with standards, security, and regulatory needs.
• Design and sequence integration architectures across event-driven services and APIs.
• Define data migration, data quality and data cleansing approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, build, test and release teams.
• Identify and manage architectural risks and technical debt.
