Job summary

Expereo is hiring an Enterprise Automation Engineer in Katowice to build end-to-end IT automations across Microsoft and Atlassian platforms. You will reduce manual toil by designing scalable processes for employee lifecycle, access management, and service operations.

You will automate joins/changes, manage Jira workflows, and integrate Entra ID with Identity and Access Management, Intune, and Power Automate to enable Day-1 productivity and secure operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD), M365 Admin, and Microsoft Intune.
• Advanced Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management, and Automation for Jira.
• Proficiency in PowerShell; Python or Graph API a plus.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.
• Mastery of Power Automate (Logic Apps).
• Understanding of security principles and least privilege.
• Analytical problem solving; translate tech to business value.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Orchestration: Design automated Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML) integrating SuccessFactors with Entra ID.
• Service Desk Automation: Build and maintain automation rules in Jira Service Management for intake and routing.
• IAM: Automate group memberships, license assignments, and provisioning using Entra ID Governance and Power Automate.
• Endpoint Management: Script device configuration profiles and app deployments via Microsoft Intune.
• API Integration: Connect Atlassian stack with Microsoft 365 and third-party SaaS tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Audit manual IT tasks and propose automated alternatives to reduce toil.
• Collaborate with platform and digital teams to evolve automation patterns.

Requirements

• The MicrosoftStack:DeepexpertiseinEntra ID (Azure AD),M365 Administration, andMicrosoft Intune.
• The Atlassian Stack:Advanced knowledge ofJira CloudandJira Service Management, and Automation for Jira.
• Scripting & Development:ProficiencyinPowerShellis mandatory. Experience with Python or Graph API is a significant plus.
• Integration Frameworks:Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.
• Logic & Low-Code:Mastery ofPower Automate (LCS)and Logic Apps.
• Systems Thinking:The ability to see how a change in the HR system ripples through to the end-user's laptop and access rights.
• Security-First Mindset:Understanding the principle of "Least Privilege" and ensuring automationsdon'tcreate security loopholes.
• Analytical Problem Solving:Youdon'tjust patch symptoms; you find the root cause and automate the solution.
• Stakeholder Communication:Ability to translate complex technical workflows into business value for HR and Finance partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such asMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateorAtlassian Certified Professionalin Jira Service Management.
• Experience in a "Cloud-First" environment with a focus on SaaS operations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
