N-iX, a global software development service company, is seeking an Engineering Manager to guide digital transformation, modernization, and large-scale technology programs for enterprise clients.

You will oversee engineering delivery across multiple accounts, mentor senior leaders, and shape architecture, cloud, and DevOps practices to ensure scalable, secure results.

Partner with CIO/CTO executives to turn business goals into technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in senior engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise programs, including modernization and digital transformation.
• AI practices and governance establishment and measurement.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), modern architectures (microservices, event-driven, API-first), and DevOps practices.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders in enterprise environments.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing, distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in transportation, logistics and enterprise resource planning as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to client technology executives (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Product/Innovation).
• Shape and steer digital transformation and modernization programs in partnership with clients.
• Translate business goals into technology strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Lead engineering execution across multiple accounts and initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Ensure priorities are kept and delivery is running thru the critical path.
• Mentor and grow senior engineering leaders, cultivating a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Drive cross-cutting initiatives to strengthen N-iX practices in modernization, solution development, ERP, and emerging technologies.
• Support presales activities by shaping solutions, proposals, and technical strategy for complex engagements.
