This hands-on role requires collaborating with hardware, QA, cloud, and silicon teams to deliver a cohesive product and shape the roadmap. You will mentor juniors and take ownership from concept to production, including design reviews and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience designing firmware across subsystems such as connectivity, streaming, power, sensors, or security.
• Proficient C and C++ programming for scalable firmware.
• Ability to make architecture decisions and document them clearly for cross-team use.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with hardware, QA, cloud, and silicon teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of firmware across multiple subsystems.
• Lead colleagues to deliver high quality C and C++ that scale with the business needs.
• Make architecture decisions and document them for reuse by other teams.
• Set the technical bar through reviews and personal example, mentoring others.
