Chabre IT Services is recruiting a Senior Embedded Engineer to build high-quality software for medical devices within regulated environments. You will drive technical decisions across all project stages, collaborate with team members and stakeholders, and shape system and component specifications from initial concept to final delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in embedded software, strong C/C++ skills, ARM Cortex-M experience, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of commercial experience in embedded software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ along with solid object-oriented and structured design skills.
• Hands-on background with embedded hardware platforms, such as ARM Cortex-M.
• University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• High degree of independence, self-reliance, and strong business awareness.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive and communicative approach.
• Solid command of spoken and written English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Build top-tier software for medical devices while adhering to healthcare regulations.
• Drive technical choices and recommend optimal solutions across project stages.
• Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to resolve advanced technical issues.
• Shape, execute, and refine system and component specifications.
• Design the technical architecture from concept through delivery.
• Promote engineering best practices and propose workflow enhancements.
