AUTONOMY NOW SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ in Warsaw seeks a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead end-to-end hardware development for mass-produced embedded systems on NVIDIA and Infineon platforms. You will ensure safety requirements are implemented in hardware and collaborate with FuSa and software teams across Europe.

The role offers a hybrid work model, with partial remote work from Warsaw or Lublin and occasional on-site support across European client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in mass-production electronics design.
• Hands-on Schematic and PCB design for MCU/MPU/SoC-based systems.
• Hands-on Power design (PMIC, DC/DC, LDO, ESD/EMI).
• Experience with CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, Ethernet interfaces.
• Familiarity with Production-Oriented Engineering practices (DFM/DFT/DFA).
• Ability to optimize BOM and manage cost-down activities.
• Ability to work under component availability and supply constraints.
• Awareness of safety design concepts (Redundancy, Diagnostics, Safe state).
• Understanding of ISO 26262 / IEC 61508 fundamentals at hardware level.
• Ability to support FMEDA/FTA activities as hardware data provider.
• Excellent technical communication and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong focus on product quality, stability and scalability.
• High autonomy and end-to-end hardware development ownership.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Hardware design for embedded systems including schematics and PCB layout.
• Define hardware architecture compliant with system and safety requirements.
• Prepare hardware designs for series production.
• Collaborate with Functional Safety Engineers on safety in hardware.
• Collaborate with Software development teams.
• Collaborate with EMS partners, factories and suppliers.
• Analyze production issues and field failures; perform root-cause analysis.
