AUTONOMY NOW SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer in Lublin to lead end-to-end hardware development for embedded systems on NVIDIA and Infineon platforms, collaborating with FuSa and software teams.

The role offers partial remote work from Warsaw or Lublin, with occasional on-site visits for key project activities and potential progression to higher roles after about six months.

Qualifications

• Electronics design for mass-produced embedded systems.
• Minimum 7 years in mass-production electronics design.
• Hands-on schematic and PCB design for MCU/MPU/SoC based systems.
• Power design experience with PMIC, DC/DC, LDOs, ESD/EMI protection.
• Experience with CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, Ethernet interfaces.
• DFM/DFT and BOM optimization experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 / IEC 61508 at hardware level.
• Fluent English; strong technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Design hardware architecture compliant with system and FuSa requirements.
• Prepare hardware designs for mass production.
• Collaborate with FuSa engineers, software teams, and EMS partners.
• Analyze production issues and perform root-cause analysis of hardware.
• Support safety-related hardware data for FMEDA/FTA.

Senior Electronics Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Hardware design for embedded systems, including schematics and PCB layout
• Definition of hardware architecture compliant with system and safety requirements (provided by the FuSa team)
• Preparation of hardware designs for series production
• Close collaboration with Functional Safety Engineers (implementation of safety requirements in hardware)
• Close collaboration with Software development teams
• Close collaboration with EMS partners, factories, and component suppliers
• Analysis of production issues and field failures, including hardware debugging and root cause analysis

Our requirements

• Electronics Design (Must-Have)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mass-production electronics design
• Hands-on expertise in Schematic and PCB design (MCU / MPU / SoC based systems)
• Hands-on expertise in Power design (PMIC, DC/DC converters, LDOs, ESD/EMI protection)
• Hands-on expertise in Communication interfaces (CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, Ethernet)
• Experience with Production-Oriented Engineering
• Experience with DFM / DFA / DFT practices
• Experience in BOM optimization and cost-down activities
• Ability to work under component availability and supply constraints
• Awareness of safety design concepts such as Redundancy, Diagnostics, Safe state
• Understanding of ISO 26262 / IEC 61508 fundamentals at the hardware level
• Ability to implement safety requirements in hardware architecture
• Ability to support FMEDA / FTA activities as a hardware data provider
• Excellent technical communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
• Strong focus on product quality, stability, and scalability
• High level of autonomy and end-to-end ownership of hardware development

What we offer

• We are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to design and develop electronics intended for mass production on European market. The role is based on NVIDIA and Infineon platforms and involves close collaboration with a dedicated Functional Safety (FuSa) team.
• You will be responsible for end-to-end hardware development of embedded electronic systems, from architecture definition through design, validation, and preparation for series production. The role requires strong technical ownership, hands‑on engineering, and the ability to work in a safety‑aware product environment.
• The position is partially remote from Warszawa or Lublin, with the clients based in various European countries and Turkey. Occasional on‑site visits are required for a few days at a time to support key project activities.
• After approximately six months in the role, there is a possibility of transitioning to higher organizational-level role.
