Job summary

Adapt-E in Poland is seeking a seasoned electronics hardware designer to drive development of robust hardware for industrial applications. You will work on PCB documentation, EMC design, and prototyping support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to validation.

The role demands at least five years of hands-on hardware design experience, proficiency with Altium Designer, and familiarity with STM32/NXP/TI MCUs, industrial networks, and power electronics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics hardware design.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar EDA tools.
• Experience with industrial communication networks.
• Experience in power supply and power electronics design.
• Knowledge of ESD, EFT, and Surge protection techniques.
• Experience with galvanic isolation.
• Practical knowledge of SPI, I2C, and UART interfaces.
• Experience designing hardware based on STM32, NXP, or TI microcontrollers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare PCB manufacturing and assembly documentation.
• EMC design for industrial environments.
• Technical support and consulting during prototype bring-up and validation.
