Overview

The UK, Europe & MEA Early Career team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of graduate, apprenticeship and MBA hires.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for intern and graduate roles, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer management and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Early Career Program Leads to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, focusing on growth opportunities, process improvements, and best practice adoption.
  • Act as a credible business partner by providing recruitment campaign and program data, insights, and market trend analysis to the business, Early Career teams, and wider HR communities.
  • Ensure best practice and fully compliant recruitment processes are followed.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and program data by ensuring candidate tracking systems and reports are consistently updated and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through university career fairs, student networking sessions, and recruitment events across UK, Europe, & MEA.
  • Coordinate and facilitate hiring events (interview days and assessment centers), lead debriefing sessions and hiring decision processes with the business, ensuring accurate and prompt offer management.
  • Support program management activities to ensure onboarding, development, and engagement initiatives are executed effectively.
  • Deliver mentoring and development support to interns, fostering their growth and engagement.
  • Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders throughout all stages of the recruitment and program lifecycle.
  • Organise and host intake sessions with Citi stakeholders and students when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the wider Early Career team on global projects and initiatives, and provide support for events and programs, including The Spring & Summer Programs.
What we'll need from you
  • Recruitment experience required ideally within an early career / graduate recruitment function or agency.
  • Experience in UK, Europe & MEA intern & graduate hiring programs is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing multiple recruitment campaigns and early career programs, with strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, internal teams and external partners across multiple countries.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences, from candidates to senior stakeholders.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and ability to provide insights and reports to inform decision making.
