A leading consumer electronics company in Warsaw is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to enhance personalization activities on sales platforms. You will oversee online campaigns, manage website content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and excellent command of English. This hybrid role allows for flexibility with both remote and office work.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the Consumer Electronics industry.
  • Practical knowledge of sales support techniques like shopping paths and customer journeys.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Job description
  • Planning, implementing, managing personalization activities on Samsung sales platforms to increase sales conversion, content and promotional activities optimization,
  • Implementing on-site solutions based on AI tools (eg. recommendation frames, pop-ups and search)
  • Planning and implementing online campaigns on Samsung sales platforms, cooperation with sales and marketing teams, copywriters, developers,
  • Content management on the website - creating and implementing on sales platforms, enforcing deadlines and cooperating with external agencies in search of improvements,
  • UX optimizing the website - defining functional and visual requirements for implemented campaigns, analyzing user behavior,
  • Initiating and implementing new merchandising ideas on Samsung sales platforms, monitoring KPIs, formulating recommendations and business conclusions.
Our requirements
  • 3 years of experience in ecommerce related to online content managing / preferred Consumer Electronics industry,
  • Practical and documented knowledge of ecommerce and sales support techniques – experience in building and optimizing shopping paths and customer journey, AI tools , UX and UI knowledge,
  • Good analytical skills and ability to run conclusions from multiple data points,
  • Good work organization – both independently and in a team,
  • Courage in proposing unconventional, creative solutions, implementing new ideas,
  • Very good command of English, both writing and speaking.
