Job summary

tribe47 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Consultant to join as a part-time member. You will lead strategy for ecommerce clients, from workshops to final recommendations and presentations, and translate business goals into actionable project directions.

You will build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, collaborate with internal teams, and help drive growth for brands in Poland and international markets. Flexible hours, access to modern tools and AI, plus team events await.

Qualifications

• Experience directly with ecommerce clients across multiple industries and levels (including C-suite).
• Ability to diagnose ecommerce business, analyze sales/marketing data, and translate insights into actionable strategy.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for client workshops and strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecommerce strategy for clients from workshops to final recommendations and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Facilitate workshops, define business goals, and translate them into project directions.

Who You Are

• You have strong experience working directly with ecommerce clients – not just one or two, but multiple, across different industries and organizational levels, including C-level executives and boards.
• You can independently diagnose an e-commerce business, work with sales and marketing data, connect insights across channels, and turn them into a clear, prioritized and executable strategy
• You’re confident in leading strategic conversations, facilitating workshops, and building genuine, long-term client relationships.
• Your background is project-based and diverse – you haven’t spent your entire career in one company, but instead have delivered several meaningful projects in different environments.
• Ideally, you’ve worked in agencies or consulting firms, but that’s not a must.
• You bring excellent soft skills – you listen actively, manage expectations, communicate clearly, and translate business needs into actionable ideas.
• You’re comfortable leading client workshops and creating and delivering compelling presentations.
• You’re independent, proactive, and communicative, thriving in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
