Job summary

HARMAN Automotive in Łódź is seeking an experienced DSP Software Engineer to design, port, and optimize DSP software for automotive amplifiers across platforms and OS. You will work in an Agile team, contributing to DSP infrastructure and signal processing pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering.
• 8+ years of professional C/C++ DSP development.
• Experience with RTOS and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with AWX or AWE audio frameworks.
• Experience with Google Test framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize DSP software for automotive amplifier platforms.
• Port DSP code into multiple OS and hardware environments.
• Collaborate with global teams across Poland, India, Germany, China and the US.
• Participate in Agile-Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Support release plans for amplifier development programs.
