Job summary

DCG, a recruitment partner, seeks an IT Analyst Expert to drive DORA compliance initiatives for financial entities. You will translate regulatory requirements into actionable controls, supporting project teams through the lifecycle.

Lead cross-functional workshops, perform regulatory gap assessments, and contribute to business cases and continuity planning. Fluent English and extensive experience in IT risk, compliance, and banking are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Senior IT Analyst
• 5-10 years of IT project experience
• DORA knowledge including main regulation and standards
• Experience with business continuity/IT service continuity concepts
• Background in banking/financial entities
• Experience in regulatory gap assessments
• Strong risk management background
• Experience in IT compliance
• Ability to lead workshops with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply DORA SME, ensuring requirements are actionable for financial entities
• Provide project members and stakeholders with understanding of the requirements
• Produce input to business cases and development planning for project managers
• Drive and manage the requirements process throughout the project lifecycle
• Implement and support business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity concepts
