Job summary

DCG is seeking a DORA IT Analyst Expert to support our financial services clients. The role focuses on applying DORA knowledge to regulatory requirements and ensuring actionable outcomes for projects.

The successful candidate will drive requirements, coordinate workshops with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to business cases while strengthening operational resilience and IT continuity planning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Senior IT Analyst.
• 5-10 years of experience with IT projects.
• DORA subject matter knowledge including main regulation and regulatory technical standards for financial entities.
• Knowledge and experience implementing business continuity, crisis management and IT service continuity concepts.
• Prior work experience in financial entities or banking sector.

DORA IT Analyst Expert

Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply DORA subject matter expertise, including the main regulation and regulatory technical standards, ensuring requirements are actionable for financial entities
• Provide project members, steering group and others with a better understanding of the requirements
• Produce input to Business cases and development planning to Project Managers and business area
• Driving and managing the requirements process throughout the projects lifecycle
• Implement and support key business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity management concepts, contributing to overall operational resilience

Requirements:

• 4+ years as Senior IT Analyst
• 5 - 10 years of experience with IT projects
• DORA subject matter knowledge, including the DORA main regulation and the regulatory technical standards with requirements that are actionable for financial entities
• Knowledge and experience implementing key business continuity and crisis management and IT service continuity management concepts, requirements and/or broader work experience in operational resilience
• Prior work experience from financial entities or within the banking sector
• Prior work experience on performing regulatory gap assessments and evaluating adherence to regulatory requirements
• Strong background in Risk Management
• Experience in IT Compliance
• Ability to independently lead and coordinate workshops with cross functional teams and stakeholders or various seniority
• Fluency in English
