Job summary

Bayer in Warsaw is seeking a Senior DLP Engineer to design, build, and operate data protection controls across Purview and Netskope. This advanced individual contributor role may serve as a Solution Owner for a DLP tool stack, with ownership of backlog and operational stability.

The role requires strong experience in DLP, data protection, and security engineering, plus scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) and familiarity with GDPR.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/InfoSec or related field.
• Hands-on DLP, data protection, or security engineering.
• Ability to own complex deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Strong scripting and API/integration skills.
• Knowledge of data classification and GDPR/HIPAA basics.

Responsibilities

• Design, tune, and maintain DLP policies across Purview and Netskope.
• Automate policy deployment and alert enrichment; integrate with SIEM/SOAR.
• Own solution backlog and coordinate cross-team work.
• Manage vendor relationships and incident representation.
