Beyond Beauty Club is on a mission to redefine beauty and wellness through a seamless digital experience. As Senior Director, Digital Architecture & Delivery, you will act as the right hand of the CTO - translating vision into execution by shaping and overseeing our digital architecture and delivery approach.

In this strategic leadership role, you will work primarily through external technology partners, defining the architecture, ensuring quality execution, and building the digital backbone that supports our growth. You’ll be responsible for leading partner teams, owning delivery governance, and ensuring the highest standards across our systems and platforms.

Tasks

Delivery & Architecture Oversight

• Lead partner engineering teams in delivering high-quality, secure, and reliable digital products
• Own architectural governance: system design, service strategy, scalability
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices and quality standards

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless alignment of tech with company goals
• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure and customer care to deliver the best digital experiences

Strategic & Technical Leadership:

• Define and execute the digital architecture roadmap aligned with business and product strategy
• Act as a key strategic advisor to the CTO, shaping our long-term tech vision and delivery model
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and ensure scalable, modular, and API-first system design

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with 5+ years in a senior technology leadership role
• Experience in Direct Sales, MLM, or eCommerce environments with referral or network marketing models
• Proven experience leading architecture and delivery through external tech partners or agencies
• Deep understanding of modern cloud-based platforms and tools (e.g. GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, microservices)
• Strong architectural expertise across APIs, event-driven systems, data pipelines, and high-availability design
• Track record of overseeing complex system integrations, delivery roadmaps, and digital platform builds
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align cross-functional stakeholders
• Fluency in English is required
