Dentsu w Warszawie poszukuje specjalisty ds. Client Service na stanowisko stałe. Osoba ta będzie wspierać Client Director, koordynować projekty digital, tech i kampanie 360, budować relacje z klientem i dbać o wysoką jakość doradztwa oraz wyników sprzedażowych.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an interactive/advertising agency (Client Service) on a similar role.
• Experience leading digital and tech projects — mobile apps, loyalty programs, webviews, landing pages, digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for a major client from brief to strategic-creative-production, through implementation and summarization.
• Coordinate digital, tech, web/app, consumer activations and 360 campaigns.
• Maintain client relationships built on trust, partnership and advisory quality.
• Manage schedules, budgets, priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Plan, execute and develop communications.
• Prepare and participate in tender presentations.
• Create cost estimates, summaries, and reports.
• Monitor market and competitive trends and apply insights to strategy.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets through project delivery.
