Job summary

Luxoft is building a cutting-edge CI/CD platform for Android-based automotive software. You will design, build, and scale automated pipelines and test environments using AWS, Terraform, GitLab and Gerrit.

We seek engineers passionate about Infrastructure as Code, observability and reliable automation. You will implement reproducible deployments, automation scripts in Python and Bash, and contribute to resilient, high-performance Android testing ecosystems (Cuttlefish).

Qualifications

• Must have experience creating CI/CD pipelines for Android/Embedded environments.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, GitLab, and Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (Cuttlefish) and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Android Pipelines: Creating CI/CD pipelines for the Android framework.
• Compute Resource Provisioning: Deploying and managing servers and container clusters for CI/CD and application needs.
• Deploying Android Test Environments: Building scalable virtual device farms for automated testing.
• CI/CD Tool Administration: Managing Jenkins/GitLab servers and agents, and optimizing pipelines.
• Operational Task Automation: Writing Python scripts to automate routine processes.
• Implementing Observability: Setting up logs, metrics, and traces collection (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).

Luxoft, in partnership with a global leader in the automotive industry, is bringing the "a mobile phone on wheels" project to life by creating the software platform of the future for automobiles.

We are building a team of experts from scratch to design and develop a cutting-edge CI/CD platform. This platform will enable the creation of next-generation, Android-based automotive software. You will be tasked with building a fully automated, secure, and reliable ecosystem using the best practices of Infrastructure as Code.

Our primary tech stack includes AWS, Terraform, GitLab, Gerrit, Python, and advanced Android testing tools like Cuttlefish. Join us to solve complex challenges and define the future of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Android Pipelines: Creating CI/CD pipelines for the Android framework.
• Compute Resource Provisioning: Deploying and managing servers and container clusters for CI/CD and application needs.
• Deploying Android Test Environments: Designing, building, and scaling high-performance virtual device farms (Cuttlefish) for automated testing.
• CI/CD Tool Administration: Managing and maintaining Jenkins/GitLab servers and agents, as well as optimizing pipelines.
• Operational Task Automation: Writing Python scripts to automate routine processes, such as artifact management, backups, etc.
• Implementing Observability: Setting up systems for the centralized collection and analysis of logs, metrics, and traces (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
