Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage production and development environments across Microsoft Azure and DigitalOcean, ensuring scalable, reliable operations.

You will design CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and maintain monitoring, with a focus on security, compliance, and Microsoft 365/Intune administration.

The role offers a dynamic, international project environment in Poland, with modern offices and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure engineering.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and production cloud environments.
• Expert in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and 365 admin tasks.
• Experience managing Linux and Windows servers, networks, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Proficient in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Solid security knowledge and best practices, incl. incident response.
• Ability to own critical platforms and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage production and development environments across Microsoft Azure and DigitalOcean, ensuring scalability and availability
• Infrastructure Automation
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, deployments, and monitoring solutions

Requirements

• DevOps Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, or similar roles
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and management of production cloud environments
• Microsoft Administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 Administration, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender
• Infrastructure Management
  • Experience with Linux and Windows administration, networking, VPN technologies, and firewalls
• Security Knowledge
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, security controls, and modern security architectures
• Automation Skills
  • Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting and automation technologies
• Troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills across infrastructure and cloud environments
