Job summary

SOFTSWISS is expanding its engineering team in a remote-friendly role for a Senior DevOps/Systems Engineer. You will optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and collaborate with product teams across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong Linux skills, and hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes and configuration management tools. Remote work options and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in systems engineering or similar roles (SRE/DevOps).
• Proficient with Linux-like operating systems and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, SaltStack).
• Experience with containerization/virtualization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, LXC/LXD).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (GitLab CI).
• Experience with distributed systems and monitoring (Prometheus/Zabbix).
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and other DBs; 기본 English and Russian at B1+.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product development teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare, maintain, and support infrastructure.
• Implement and deliver new features for infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure components and CI pipelines.
• Investigate incidents and resolve problems.
• Manage infrastructure migrations between data centers.
• Provide consultative guidance to developers and managers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Respond to monitoring alerts proactively.
