Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking mid and senior DevOps Engineers to join a dynamic team delivering automation and infrastructure solutions. The role is fully remote within Poland.

You will build and update automation pipelines, IaC templates, and container orchestration, collaborating with DevOps professionals to improve performance and reliability. Requirements: 4+ years DevOps, CI/CD tools, IaC (ARM/Terraform/CloudFormation), Kubernetes, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps delivering automation pipelines and IaC.
• CI/CD with GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• IaC tools: ARM, Terraform, CloudFormation.
• Languages: Python, Go, JavaScript, or Shell.
• Private cloud experience with VMware.
• Container tech: Kubernetes, Docker, AKS/ECS.
• Windows or Linux admin with scripting.
• Networking and private cloud architectures.
• Fluent English.
• Nice to have Azure/AWS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a multi-skilled DevOps team focusing on automation pipelines and IaC.
• Promote DevOps principles to speed up innovation.
• Stay updated on technology market changes.
• Assess the impact of technical decisions on projects.
• Prioritize tasks with good judgment of criticality.
• Define and adopt best practices for governance.
• Contribute to Agile planning using Kanban boards.
• Develop and mature product stacks and automation processes.
• Create and update documentation for products.
• Automate processes to drive efficiencies and reduce errors.
• Ensure security risks are considered in design and implementation.
