Luxoft Poland in Kraków seeks an experienced Lead DevOps/SRE to drive enterprise-scale Azure and Kubernetes platforms supporting a regulatory reporting project in Wealth Management Banking. You will automate infrastructure with Terraform and Helm, build GitOps CI/CD pipelines, and advance secure, scalable architectures.

The role focuses on leading DevOps practices, enhancing distributed systems, and enabling seamless integration with an umbrella data-archiving solution in a banking environment.

Qualifications

Over 5 years of DevOps/SRE experience as Lead.
Strong Azure and Kubernetes hands-on experience.
Hands-on with Terraform, Helm, GitOps/CI/CD.
Enterprise-scale Grafana & Prometheus experience; distributed systems.
Secret management solutions expertise.
Nice to have Istio Service Mesh and zero-trust architecture.
Nice to Have banking environment or blockchain

Responsibilities

Lead DevOps/SRE initiatives for regulatory reporting project.
Operate Azure and Kubernetes platforms at enterprise scale.
Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Helm.
Build GitOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate on integrating with umbrella arch for high-volume data archiving.
