Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to shape reliability and scalability of a modern cloud-based landscape. You will partner with engineering teams to establish best practices, drive automation, and ensure secure, highly available services.

The role requires 5+ years in SRE/DevOps with strong AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD expertise, in a hybrid work setup. Fluent English and Polish are required, with regular office attendance twice per week.

Qualifications

5+ years in SRE/DevOps/Platform Engineering for large-scale production environments.
AWS expertise including networking, security, cost optimization, and IaC with Terraform or Pulumi.
Kubernetes/container platforms design, automation, scalability and resilience.
Designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and cross-team engineering best practices.
Strong observability with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace or Datadog.

Responsibilities

Define reliability standards to improve platform stability, scalability and performance.
Automate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
Evolve and operate container platforms for secure, resilient delivery.
Improve deployment, release automation and continuous delivery across teams.
Establish monitoring, incident response, and recovery frameworks.
Support capacity planning and business continuity while mentoring engineers.
