Job summary

Sii Poland is hiring DevOps Engineers (mid and senior) for fully remote work across Poland. You will join a dynamic team delivering automation and infrastructure solutions, focusing on pipelines, IaC templates, and container orchestration to improve performance and reliability.

You will collaborate with DevOps professionals, promote best practices, and contribute to Kanban-driven Agile planning while developing and documenting product stacks and automation processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a DevOps engineering role delivering automation pipelines and IaC.
• CI/CD tools experience required (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Strong IaC knowledge with ARM, Terraform, CloudFormation.
• Development experience in Python, Go, JavaScript, or Shell.
• Private cloud experience, especially VMware.
• Experience with container technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, ECS.
• General Windows or Linux administration and scripting.
• Understanding of core VMware technologies (vSphere, ESX, NSX).
• Knowledge of SANs and LANs.
• Fluent English.

• Promote DevOps principles and faster innovation.
• Stay updated on technology trends to keep the organization ahead.
• Understand the impact of technical decisions on projects and practices.
• Prioritize tasks and projects with good judgment.
• Support adoption of best practices and standards for governance.
• Participate in Agile planning using Kanban.
• Develop new and mature product stacks and automation.
• Create and update documentation for products.
• Automate processes to drive efficiency and reduce human error.
• Consider and mitigate security risks in design and implementation.
