Job summary

GFT Poland in Kraków is seeking a Senior DevOps Consultant with Google Cloud Platform expertise to join a hybrid team. You will design and operate CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and drive improvements across the DevOps lifecycle.

You will collaborate with development and operations teams, support production environments, and contribute to blockchain-related platforms. This role requires 4+ years of DevOps or SRE experience and hands-on GCP knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Compute Engine, Networking, Storage, PostgreSQL).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, Maven, SonarQube and artifact repositories.
• Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Experience with Ansible and Shell Scripting.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging and observability tools.
• Experience supporting live production environments.
• Openness to work hybrid from Kraków office 6 days a month.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation solutions.
• Support software delivery and production operations across the full application lifecycle.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents affecting production services.
• Ensure service resilience, sustainability and recovery objectives are achieved.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud Platform.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Ansible and scripting.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using logging and monitoring tools.
• Support release management activities and software deployments.
• Collaborate with development, operations and support teams to improve service quality.
• Provide post go-live support for Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps processes and tooling.
