Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking a DevOps Engineer with Google Cloud Platform to support end-to-end software delivery, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure production reliability. You will work hybrid in Kraków with a skilled team, applying IaC with Terraform and Ansible, monitoring, and incident response while collaborating with developers and operations to improve deployment processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Kubernetes, preferably Google Kubernetes Engine.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Git, Maven, SonarQube and artifact repositories.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Ansible and Shell Scripting.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
• Experience with production support and live services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions.
• Support software delivery and production operations.
• Investigate and resolve incidents affecting services and applications.
• Ensure service availability, resilience and recovery objectives are met.
• Manage and support infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud Platform.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible and scripting.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance.
• Support software releases and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with development, operations and support teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps processes and tools.
• Support Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Tech platforms in production environments.
