Job summary

Sii Poland in Warsaw is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our cross-functional Application department on a hybrid basis. You will work with ELK Stack, Grafana, Docker and Kubernetes to support the Command Center End-to-End Monitoring project in an international environment.

You will help design and deliver monitoring solutions, promote DevOps culture, and drive CI/CD practices while increasing team autonomy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in DevOps or a related field.
• Proficiency with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Strong Grafana monitoring and visualization skills.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Solid background in PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ infrastructure services.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry (OTel) and continuous delivery practices.
• Experience with Git for configuration management.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to design and delivery of the cross-functional monitoring project, focusing on infrastructure, application, and end-to-end process monitoring.
• Helping improve the maturity of application monitoring practices.
• Defining a framework that enables a repeatable and scalable monitoring model.
• Supporting the team in technical activities and implementing CI/CD practices.
• Leading DevOps initiatives and innovation topics for applications.
• Increasing team autonomy and expertise regarding development practices.
• Promoting and advocating DevOps culture within teams.
• Maintaining awareness of technological trends and innovations.
