Job summary

your Jared seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive a large-scale cloud migration in a complex enterprise. You'll design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines while coordinating with Unix, Database, Network, and Security teams.

The role emphasizes automation, on-prem and cloud integration, and active stakeholder communication in a hybrid Poland-based setup with potential international work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform/Systems/Infrastructure roles.
• Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration.
• Unix/Linux troubleshooting and support experience.
• Background in on-premises infrastructure and server lifecycle.
• Bash scripting and Python for automation.
• Configuration management and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• English proficiency at B2+.

Responsibilities

• Design, support, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Apply DevOps best practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Automate deployment and infrastructure provisioning tasks.
• Manage server lifecycle: patching, upgrades, and operations.
• Lead large-scale migrations and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with Unix, Middleware, Database, Network, and Security teams.
• Assist engineering teams with builds and platform issues.
• Identify root causes and drive resolutions.
• Communicate with stakeholders across technical and business groups.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision and drive delivery.
