Job summary

MWDN is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE engineer to join our global outstaffing team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP, collaborate with a small R&D group, and improve CI/CD pipelines for faster, safer deployments.

You should have 4+ years in DevOps or SRE, hands-on with Terraform or CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ruby on Rails familiarity. This role offers flexible hours, full support for independent contractors, and the chance to work

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps or SRE experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails stack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure design, build, and maintenance for scalable cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Improve CI/CD pipelines with a focus on reliability and speed.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize configurations and performance.
• Support AI scaling initiatives and monitoring/incident response.
• Ensure robust logging, monitoring, and high uptime.
